***Sarah is currently on leave until April 15, 2024 and is not accepting new clients at this time.*** Sarah Stitcher is a Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She completed her bachelors in 2006 from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama and her Masters of Education is in Counseling and Art Therapy from the University of Louisville in 2009. Sarah moved to Colorado in 2016. Her client focus is on providing services for children, teens and young adults on topics such as self-esteem, spirituality, healthy peer relationships, family dynamics and managing symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression. Sarah creates a comfortable, understanding, and non-judgmental environment for individuals to be heard and to explore their concerns. Her approach in counseling utilizes art therapy and is person-centered with emphasis on treating each client with dignity and respect, seeking ways to empower them, offering support and resources to overcome obstacles and meet their goals.
